Children in the age bracket of 3-5 yrs were identified and brought together in ECE at habitations without Anganwadi centers.
SVK programs were implemented.
Community provides lady instructor, helper and a shelter.

327 such centers are successfully functioning.
Elder siblings often stayed home to look after the young ones. Enrolling the young ones automatically led to enrolment of elder siblings in school.
Resulted in good physical and mental growth of children and better grasping at school level.
