Habitation wise door to door survey is conducted.
School complex wise data of ISC, OSC and SAC is collected.
The SCA raises issues related to school functioning and improvements desired.
The officials listen to their problems and solve them.
Vidya Mela was conducted at Rajapudi, Jaggampeta Mandal with co-ordination of M.V.Foundation. Nearly 500 people attended this Vidya Mela, District Officials are also attended this campaign. Main focus was given to Sex workers children and admits them into formal schools and RBCs.
Vidya Mela was conducted at Raghudevapuram of Seethanagaram Mandal Seetharampuram of Rajanagaram Mandal and Atchutapuram of Gokavaram mandal where the high OSC.
Pallenidra program organized in the district where out of school children high. In thes program, MEO, MRPs and staff of SSA organized a special campain against child labour system.

This has led to proper understanding of requirements.
Often immediate solutions have led to satisfaction and motivation that the committee cares for the requirements of the community.
