Need :
Usually schools are present at areas with over 200 population. A need was realized in hill top and inaccessible areas where population is much lesser and education facilities - practically zero.

Children between 3-8 yrs. in inaccessible and hilltop habitations were targeted.
Preschool for 3-5yrs bracket and classes I and II for 5-8 yrs bracket was provided.
Nomination of a local educated youth as a community instructor on a honorarium of Rs. 700/- pm.
Provision of training, TLM, books and mid day meals.
Community contribution – a shelter for the school.
